Full-time                                                                                             Job Responsibilities:

Customer Service Excellence:

Provide outstanding customer service by greeting and assisting customers, ensuring their needs are met in a timely and professional manner.

Team Support:

Work closely with the team to ensure smooth restaurant or bakery operations, helping in coordination and communication during busy hours.

Order Management:

Assist in managing and processing customer orders efficiently, ensuring accuracy in order taking and delivery.

Stock and Inventory Management:

Assist in maintaining inventory levels, ensuring stock is well-organized and replenished as needed.

Cleanliness and Hygiene:

Ensure the cleanliness and hygiene standards of the store are maintained, including the dining area, kitchen, and workstations.

Cash Handling:

Accurately handle cash and process transactions using the point-of-sale (POS) system.

Training and Mentoring:

Guide and train new crew members, promoting teamwork and a positive working environment.

Problem Solving:

Address and resolve customer complaints or issues, escalating them to senior staff if needed.

Job Requirements:*

Education:

Any undergraduate degree (UG) is preferred.

Experience:

Fresher candidates are welcome to apply; no prior experience is required.
