2. Eligibility
- For Job Seekers: You must be at least 18 years old to use our services.
- For Employers: You must be legally authorized to post job opportunities on behalf of your organization.
3. Account Registration
To access certain features of JobpostIn, you may be required to create an account. You agree to provide accurate and complete information during registration and to keep your account information up-to-date. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account.
4. Job Seekers’ Responsibilities
Profile Creation: Job seekers are responsible for creating and maintaining their profile, including providing accurate, truthful, and current information.
Job Applications: Job seekers may apply for jobs through the platform. You acknowledge that by applying, your profile, resume, and other submitted information will be visible to potential employers.
5. Employers’ Responsibilities
Job Postings: Employers must provide accurate job descriptions and ensure that the job listings comply with applicable labor laws. Job postings should be non-discriminatory and reflect legitimate job opportunities.
Candidate Selection: Employers are responsible for reviewing candidate profiles, conducting interviews, and making hiring decisions. JobpostIn does not guarantee the hiring or employment of candidates.
6. Prohibited Activities
You agree not to engage in any of the following activities while using JobpostIn:
- Posting misleading, fraudulent, or discriminatory job listings.
- Using our platform to harass, threaten, or otherwise violate the rights of others.
- Sharing sensitive personal or financial information without consent.
- Attempting to interfere with or disrupt the functioning of the Service.
7. Fees and Payments
- Job Seekers: The platform is free for job seekers to create a profile and apply for jobs.
- Employers: Employers may be charged fees for posting job listings and using certain features of the Service. These fees will be outlined on our platform, and by posting a job, you agree to the applicable charges.
Payments are processed through our third-party payment partners, and you agree to abide by their terms when making payments.
8. Privacy and Data Protection
Your use of the Service is subject to our Privacy Policy, which outlines how we collect, use, and protect your personal data. By using the platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your data in accordance with the Privacy Policy.
9. Limitation of Liability
JobpostIn is not liable for any loss, damage, or expenses incurred as a result of your use of the Service, including but not limited to:
- Hiring or not hiring a candidate.
- Inaccurate or incomplete job listings or profiles.
- Any disputes between job seekers and employers.
We are not responsible for the actions of third-party users, and our liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.
10. Termination of Account
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms and Conditions or engage in any conduct that we believe is harmful to our platform or users. If your account is terminated, you may not access or use the Service unless authorized by us.
11. Modifications to the Service and Terms
We may update, modify, or discontinue the JobpostIn platform or any part of the Service at any time, with or without notice. We also reserve the right to amend these Terms and Conditions, and we will notify you of any changes by updating the Effective Date at the top of this page. Continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.
12. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of respective countries. Any disputes arising out of or relating to these terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in the respective location.
