- JobPostIn.com follows a fair, transparent, and non-discriminatory refund framework in accordance with the Consumer Protection Act, 2019 and the Consumer Protection (E-commerce) Rules, 2020.
- JobPostIn.com (“JobPostIn”, “Platform”, “Company”, “we”, “us”, or “our”) is an online technology platform operating as an intermediary under applicable Indian laws. The Platform facilitates
interaction between Job Seekers and Employers and does not act as a recruitment agency, employer, placement agent, or guarantor of outcomes. - This Policy governs refunds, cancellations, reversals, and chargebacks and shall be read in conjunction with the Platform’s Terms & Conditions and Privacy Policy.
- All paid services are non-refundable unless expressly stated otherwise in this policy or required by law.
- Refunds shall be processed only to the original payment instrument used at the time of transaction.
- Any payment gateway charges, taxes, statutory levies, or administrative costs incurred are nonrefundable.
- JobPostIn.com does not guarantee employment, interviews, candidate selection, or hiring outcomes.
- Mere dissatisfaction with services, outcomes, or expectations shall not constitute a valid ground for refund.
- Job Seekers, Employers, Training Participant, Student and other subscribers may opt for any services purse on Voluntary basis and subject to acceptance of Terms and Conditions of Ready2jobs Manpower Suppliers Private Limited.
- Refunds shall not be provided in the following circumstances:
- Non-receipt of interview calls, job offers, or employer responses
- Dissatisfaction based on subjective expectations or outcomes
- Change of decision after successful payment
- Failure to utilise the service within the specified validity period
- Incorrect, misleading, or incomplete information provided by the job seeker
- Suspension or termination of account due to violation of platform policies
- A refund may be granted only in the following limited cases:
- Payment deducted but service not activated or delivered due to a verified technical error attributable solely to JobPostIn.com
- Duplicate payment made for the same service
- Refund requests must be submitted within 7 (seven) calendar days from the date of transaction.
- All such refunds remain subject to internal verification and approval, and JobPostIn.com’s decision shall be final and binding.
- Refunds shall not be issued for the Employers if:
- Job postings have been published or activated
- Resume database access has been provided
- Any part of the service has been consumed or utilised
- Suitable candidates are not found or hiring objectives are not met
- Delay or failure arises due to employer-side factors (e.g., unclear job descriptions, delayed feedback, internal decisions)
- Refunds may be considered for Employers if:
- Payment is successful but the service is not initiated or enabled
- A platform-level technical failure prevents service delivery
- Refund requests must be raised within 7 (seven) calendar days from payment.
- Fees paid towards training programs, education consultancy, workshops, or overseas placement services are strictly non-refundable once registration, onboarding, or access is provided.
- No refunds shall be granted for:
- Non-attendance or withdrawal
- Visa rejection or regulatory issues
- Personal, financial, or employment-related changes
- Users may request cancellation prior to service activation.
- Cancellation does not automatically entitle the user to a refund.
- Approved refunds, if any, shall be processed within 7–14 working days, subject to verification.
In compliance with Rule 4(1) of the Consumer Protection (E-commerce) Rules, 2020:
- Refund requests or grievances must be submitted to: jobpostin2025@gmail.com
- Requests must include transaction details, registered email ID, and a brief explanation.
- Each complaint shall be acknowledged within 48 hours and resolved within one month from the date of receipt.
To the maximum extent permitted by law:
- JobPostIn.com’s total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service in dispute.
- The Platform shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or reputational losses.
- JobPostIn.com acts solely as a facilitating platform and shall not be liable for employment outcomes, employer decisions, or third-party actions. Refunds shall be limited strictly to the service fee paid to JobPostIn.com.
- JobPostIn.com reserves the right to modify, amend, or update this policy at any time to ensure compliance with applicable laws. Updated policies shall be effective immediately upon publication on the website.
