Job Description:
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented HR Recruiter (Remote) with 6 months to 4 years of experience to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and hiring top talent while ensuring a seamless recruitment process.

Key Responsibilities:
Manage end-to-end recruitment processes for various roles.

Source candidates through job portals (Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed), social media, and referrals.

Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and coordinate hiring manager interviews.

Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring lifecycle.

Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements.

Maintain and update the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).

Assist in employer branding initiatives.

Handle onboarding formalities for selected candidates.

Skills & Qualifications:
6 months to 4 years of experience in recruitment (agency or corporate).

Strong understanding of hiring processes and candidate assessment.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Familiarity with ATS, LinkedIn Recruiter, and other sourcing tools.

Ability to work independently in a remote setup.

Female candidates preferred (as per company policy).

Preferred Qualifications:
Experience in bulk hiring or tech/non-tech recruitment.

Certification in HR/Recruitment is a plus.
