Job Title:  Operations Manager – Finance, Tax, And Customs

 About Us: 

INECOLIV TECHNOLOGY INDIA PRIVATE LIMITED is a trading company for IT equipment and system integration. We are looking for a highly experienced Operations Manager to manage our company’s operational processes, with a focus on finance, tax, and customs management.

 Key Responsibilities:

1. Finance, Tax, and Customs Management: 

·        Manage financial affairs, including tax compliance, customs operations, and budget tracking. 

·        Ensure compliance with local tax laws, customs regulations, and other relevant business laws.

2. Corporate Operations Management: 

·        Oversee the company’s daily operations and participate in key decision-making processes. 

·        Manage internal business processes and ensure smooth workflow across departments. 

·        Maintain relationships with local officials and negotiate business matters when necessary.

3. Contract and Payment Review: 

·        Review contracts, payment applications, and other financial documents that require company approval. 

·        Ensure that all agreements are legally compliant and aligned with the company's financial goals.

4. Internal Management: 

·        Publish and enforce the company's internal management regulations to ensure operational efficiency.

 Qualifications:

·        3+ years of experience in operations management with a focus on finance, tax, and customs management.

·        Strong understanding of tax laws, customs regulations, and financial management principles.

·        Proven experience in managing corporate processes, personnel, and business operations.

·        Strong communication and leadership abilities.

·        Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks in a fast paced environment.
