Job Summary:
As a Consultant – Business Development at Livebox, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, fostering client relationships, and strategizing to enhance revenue growth. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver innovative solutions tailored to client needs. Your role is crucial in positioning Livebox as a market leader in IT and media broadcasting.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Business Development & Market Research
• Conduct in-depth market research to identify industry trends, competitive landscape, and potential opportunities.
• Analyze market data and customer behavior to develop strategies that drive business expansion.
2. Client Relationship Management
• Establish and nurture strong relationships with both new and existing clients.
• Understand client requirements and provide tailored solutions to enhance their business operations.
• Conduct regular follow-ups to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
3. Sales & Lead Generation
• Identify potential clients and partners through various channels, including networking, cold calling, and referrals.
• Generate, qualify, and convert leads based on company-defined target criteria.
• Collaborate with the sales team to achieve revenue targets and expand the client base.
4. Negotiation & Deal Closure
• Develop compelling business proposals and negotiate contracts that align with company objectives.
• Drive deal closures while ensuring a win-win scenario for both the company and clients.
5. Collaboration & Strategy Execution
• Work closely with internal teams, including sales, marketing, and product development, to align business strategies.
• Contribute innovative ideas to enhance business offerings and improve client engagement.
6. Communication & Presentation
• Deliver persuasive presentations to clients showcasing Livebox’s solutions and value proposition.
• Clearly communicate technical and business-related concepts to clients and stakeholders.
7. Adaptability & Innovation
• Stay updated with the latest advancements in media broadcasting and IT solutions.
• Adapt business strategies to maintain a competitive edge in the industry.
Qualifications & Requirements:
• Education: MBA (Marketing) with a background in Computer Science or related fields.
• Experience: 1-3 years in business development, sales, or consulting (freshers with a strong passion for business growth are also welcome).
• Languages: Proficiency in Hindi and English (Additional regional languages are a plus).
Skills:
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Hindi speaking is prioritized.
