Job description
Key responsibilities : Generate leads through field visits, individual customers, self-help groups, referrals, and local market activities. Identify new business opportunities within the assigned territory. Build and maintain strong relationships with customers. Explain insurance products, benefits, coverage, premiums, and policy terms clearly to the customers. Regularly visit customers to generate a network and convert business. Maintain accurate records of leads, customer interactions, applications, and sales. Report directly to the assigned reporting Manager and follow daily instructions and targets. Maintain punctuality, professional appearance, and proper conduct during customer and office interactions.
