Job description
Key responsibilities : ● Generate leads through field visits, individual customers, self-help groups, referrals, and local market activities. ● Identify new business opportunities within the assigned territory. ● Build and maintain strong relationships with customers. ● Explain insurance products, benefits, coverage, premiums, and policy terms clearly to the customers. ● Regularly visit customers to generate a network and convert business. ● Maintain accurate records of leads, customer interactions, applications, and sales. ● Report directly to the assigned reporting manager and follow daily instructions and targets. ● Maintain punctuality, professional appearance, and proper conduct during customer and office interactions.
